About us:
We are fourth year pharmacy students at the Medway School of Pharmacy conducting t
his research project as part of our MPharm programme. We are exploring medicine support needs for people living with HIV and other long-term conditions.
We are interested in understanding your medicine-related needs and issues related to your care from various healthcare providers within the NHS, including GP and pharmacists. The results of this study will be used to inform future interventions aimed at supporting people that experience difficulties managing their medicines or condition(s). This study is in line with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society's medicines optimisation agenda, which is also promoted by NHS England.
Your responses will be stored securely and put together with those of other participants, and your answers will not be traceable to you.
